Postdoc position in
machine Learning / deep learning
We are looking for a motivated candidate to work on
machine learning for the atrial fibrillation
diagnosis based on short ECG recordings from a mobile device.
This position will involve medical data preprocessing and
classification tasks, in collaboration with researchers from the
LORIA and the IADI.
Candidate profile: PhD
in computer science or a related field. Good knowledge of machine
learning and deep learning. Programming skills and working
knowledge of deep learning frameworks (keras, tensorflow…) would
be appreciated, as would an interest for medical applications and
interdisciplinary research.Duration: 12
months

Postdoc position in
signal processing / medical data analysis / statistics
We are looking for a motivated candidate to work on
feature extraction for the non-invasive prediction
of catheter ablation outcome in persistent atrial fibrillation.
This position will involve preprocessing raw data and extracting
relevant features for the subsequent classification task, in
collaboration with researchers from the IADI and the IECL.
Candidate profile: PhD
in signal processing/applied mathematics or a related field with a
solid background in statistics. Good programming and data
manipulation skills are expected. Knowledge of machine learning
would be appreciated, as would an interest for medical
applications and interdisciplinary research.
